Send us one of your current listings and we'll make a free 15–30 second demo from its photos so you can see the quality on your own property. You can post the demo at no charge and you're never obligated to buy.

The first version arrives within 24–48 hours after we have your payment and photos. Revisions come back within 24–48 hours too.

Every paid video includes two rounds of revisions, like reordering shots, swapping a photo, trimming the length or changing the music.

Yes, licensed background music that's cleared for social media. If you'd rather add your own or use a trending sound, ask for the no-audio version.
Listing videosWill the AI change how the home looks?
No. The AI adds camera motion, not new features. We never add things the property doesn't have or hide visible defects, and you review every video before it's posted. If anything looks off, we fix it.
BothDo you work outside Nebraska?
Yes. Both services are delivered remotely, so we work with agents and businesses anywhere in the United States.
AI receptionistDo I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number and forward calls to the line we assign, usually by dialing *72 plus that number. Dial *73 to turn it off. While all calls are forwarded, your own phone won't ring.
AI receptionistWhat does it know about my business?
Before going live, we set it up with your services, hours, service area and the questions your callers usually ask. Tell us when something changes and we'll update it.
AI receptionistIs there a contract?
No. It's month-to-month and you can cancel anytime by text or email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
AI receptionistWho owns the leads?
You do. Your leads go into your own Google Sheet, and we'll give you a copy or transfer it any time you ask.
AI receptionistWhat happens if I go over my minutes?
Extra minutes are $0.25 each, billed the following month. We'll let you know when you reach about 80% of your plan so there are no surprises.
